From the Manager’s Desk:
This is a pivotal year for clean-up and repair of all mobile homes. There are homes that are in need of major repair this summer. Exterior painting (porches, stairs, and window trim included) is required for those who haven’t recently re-painted. This will be inspected this month. FREE movie tickets will be awarded to best homes.
Also, please remember to submit your rent check with the pay-stub supplied in your statement to insure that we credit the proper lot account. Please also make sure to write your lot number in the memo line of your check. If we cannot identify your payment we cannot credit your account.
Let’s make this a productive Summer, so that we can increase the value of our community but especially for the value of your homes.
Thank you so much for your cooperation. Management surely appreciates it. Let us all work together and we will help where we can.
From the Office
Here at Westglen, we are happy to be work hard to provide an enjoyable environment to live in. We realize, however, that things change from time to time, and some residents see the need to sell their mobile homes and leave our community.
We hate to see anyone go, but if any residents are considering a sale of their home we want to encourage you to notify the office. Rather than immediately contacting a outside dealer, we would like the opportunity to have our dealer sell the home for you. He can search for a buyer during a 90-day period, and if our dealer finds one it will mean no hefty dealer fees for you.
To benefit from this we would need a 90-day notice of your intent to sell in writting.
We want to do all we can to encourage folks to sell their homes to stay in the Park. After all, it is so nicer to have neighbors. The owner of the park, Chris Welch, is in the process of making the lots available for sale. While we don’t have all the details yet, we do want the residents to know that this plan is in the works. Many have already contacted the office showing their interest, and we would be happy to see a more stable community where we can all take pride in ownership.
If you have any questions or suggestions for the office please feel free to drop by and visit us or leave us a message or email.
Rules & Regulations
We’d like to take this opportunity to remind residents of two important rules that we need all to abide by to keep our park pleasant and safe.
1) Illegal Residents:
R&R Sec. B Part 3: “You MUST register all individuals living in your home with management. ‘Living’ is here defined as anyone staying for more than a month period per year.” If you have relatives or friends who want to move in, or stay longer than thirty days, they must come to the office to apply for residency. Any unauthorized residents will need to leave if they don’t apply at the office
2) Stored Vehicles
R&R Sec. J Part 2 a & b “There is no storage allowed for Recreational Vehicles. This includes
campers, boats, trailers of any kind, and RV’s. Junk, unlicensed, or non-running vehicles cannot be stored on lot space or parked in guest parking. The vehicle must be removed from Westglen” Any stored vehicles on a resident’s property or in guest parking will be tagged for towing. WE WILL BE TOWING VIOLATORS!
